The act of registration to participate in any of the programs promoted by Rota Combo, a receptive operator established at Av. pres. Vargas, 37 PHB-PI-BR registered with CNPJ 190730520001-16, hereinafter referred to simply as Rota Combo, automatically implies the participant’s adherence to these GENERAL CONDITIONS, which are governed by articles 1070 to 1091 of the Civil Code combined with articles 6. and 7th. of Law 8078/90 and other provisions of Brazilian law applicable to the species.

OF RESPONSIBILITY. Rota Combo is fully responsible for the fulfillment of the mentioned services with the specific exceptions in these GENERAL CONDITIONS. However, it is not the responsibility of Rota Combo for unpleasant unforeseen events caused by strikes, interdictions, accidents, weather conditions, delays caused by the customer itself or the selling agency/operator, and eventually, those resulting from the very characteristic of our ecological trips, such as bumps , splashes, jams and technical stops.

THE CHARACTER OF THE SERVICES. There are basically two categories of services offered by Rota Combo:
a) Private Services: all tours and transfers are exclusive to the group that hired them, not allowing the inclusion of extra people;
b) Shared Services: all tours and transfers will be carried out in groups, with Rota Combo being entitled to include extra people at any time during the trip, regardless of the type of tour and transfer performed. Rota Combo guarantees the safety of its passengers, never exceeding the capacity of each vehicle approved by Organs competent bodies.

THE SHARED CHARACTER OF THE SERVICES:
1 – Each service and schedule is reconfirmed the night before it is performed, and it is crucial that customers correctly inform their boarding locations and be at their reception, already packed, and with check-in completed. Rota Combo Turismo Ltda reserves the right not to board passengers who do not comply with this determination, thus safeguarding the good progress of the group as a whole.
2 – Baggage limits per person must be strictly respected, and excess baggage may even be disembarked. If there is a surplus, consult us (or your travel agent) about the additional payment.
3 – For land transfers, the following can be used: car, 4×4, van, minibus and bus (all with air conditioning), according to the number of people expected.
4 – For off-road services we will use overalls that are vehicles adapted for this type of terrain.
5 – Due to the very concept of the service, there may be variations and changes in routes and schedules due to natural conditions.
6 – We are not responsible for the loss of connections with other services (land, air and tours transfers, etc.) as a result of any delays. We are only responsible for the connection services offered in the Rota Combo portfolio.
7 – On days when there are shared transfers leaving in the morning, breakfast may not be used.
8 – On the route between Jericoacoara / Barra Grande / Parnaíba, there are no places to eat with good quality standards, so there will only be stops for snacks along the way. We even advise you to bring snacks despite the strategic stops.
9 – As it is a shared service, there is little or no flexibility in the stops stipulated by the guide.
10 – Upon arrival of the shared transfer in any destination, the group will go directly to the food point, support point or to the final destination, whether accommodation or tour, under the sole and exclusive decision of Rota Combo Turismo Ltda, which absolutely guided by the criterion of safeguarding the logistics, and thus providing greater comfort to the group as a whole, to the detriment of the individual interest of each traveler.

OF BAGGAGE. Rota Combo expressly declines all responsibility in case of loss, damage or theft of luggage that may occur for any reason. Therefore, we recommend that passengers always witness the handling of baggage loading and unloading.
In shared services, in addition to personal items (small purse or backpack, for example), the luggage allowance is 1 volume of maximum measurement of 55 x 35 x 25 cm per person, in rigid or non-rigid bags, if exceeded, there will be a charge. additional or extra seat.
In private services, in addition to personal items (a small bag or backpack, for example), the luggage allowance is:
a) for groups with 4 (four) or more people: 1 volume of maximum measurement of 55 x 35 x 25 cm per person, in rigid or non-rigid suitcases;
b) for groups with 3 (three) people or less: 2 volumes of maximum measurement of 55 x 35 x 25 cm per person, in rigid or non-rigid suitcases.
If there is excess luggage in private services and the situation is not previously informed and if it becomes necessary to hire an additional vehicle, this will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

CHARACTERISTICS OF TOURIST DESTINATIONS. Passengers declare here that they are aware that some accommodation facilities offered in our itineraries are characterized by rusticity and proximity to natural environments, thus providing a unique experience to the traveler, but which may eventually generate some discomforts such as absence or impossibility of use. electric shower, presence of insects and frogs on the premises.

The traveler party is aware that some tours and transfers offered by ROTA COMBO are characterized by adventure and proximity to natural environments that may eventually generate different levels of difficulty of access to areas of tourist interest. Likewise, the traveler party declares to be physically and psychologically able to execute and participate in the activities proposed in the tourism products.

The adventure activities are carried out under adverse conditions, it is the traveler obligation to carry and/or use all and any element/equipment that can lessen the consequences of extreme physical activities such as comfortable clothing, appropriate footwear, sunscreen, water and eventual energy replenishers.

FREE CHILDREN:
1 – Land transfers: Full payment.
2 – Tours: Full payment.

OF CHANGE OF ROUTE. Rota Combo reserves the right, in the interests of passengers or for fair reasons or force majeure – factors beyond our control, to promote necessary changes in itineraries, services and accommodation facilities, replacing them with others of the same category. The change suggested by the passenger during the previously accepted and agreed private tour/service will have its relevance evaluated in terms of safety, suitability for the program and availability of the agenda. For any changes to the packages already booked and confirmed, the passenger will bear operating costs in the amount of R$ 150.00 per person, in addition to the eventual costs arising from the change of the service itself.

CHANGE OF SERVICES. Rota Combo reserves the right, in the interests of passengers or for just reasons or force majeure – factors beyond our control, to promote necessary changes in itineraries and services, replacing them with others of the same category. The change suggested by the passenger before or during the previously accepted and agreed itinerary will have its relevance evaluated in terms of safety, suitability for the program and availability of the agenda. For any changes in the services (without accommodation) already booked and confirmed, the passenger will bear operating costs in the order of R$ 50.00 per person, in addition to the eventual costs arising from the change of the service itself.

IMPORTANT. The simple act of signing up to participate in or resell our tourist programs implies that nothing should be understood or imagined as included if it is not specifically described in the itineraries. Promises of facilities and/or advantages will only be valid when confirmed in writing by Rota Combo.

OF PERSONAL DOCUMENTS. All passengers must carry their personal documents, including those delivered by Rota Combo such as vouchers, receipts and travel insurance cards (when granted).

OF TRAVELER SAFETY. The acceptance of these general conditions implies that the traveler, regardless of age or physical condition, is aware that he will participate in activities on terrains and conditions that carry risks. Although managed and controlled, such risks are intrinsic to ecotourism and adventure tourism, and therefore, any injuries and setbacks cannot be totally eliminated, and which, once these General Conditions are accepted, are the traveller’s sole responsibility and knowledge.

SPECIAL NEEDS. For shared services, it is necessary to purchase 01 additional seat for convenience, obesity or medical needs. The price of the additional seat corresponds to the adult fare on the corresponding segment, subject to availability at the time of request. The purchase of an additional seat is subject to the same return and exchange conditions as an adult fare ticket. Rota Combo Ltd. The right not to board passengers who do not comply with this determination is protected, thus safeguarding the good progress of the group as a whole. If the situation is not previously informed and generates constraints or extra costs, this will be the full responsibility of the customer.

OF RESERVATIONS. Reservations for services offered by Rota Combo will be requested by customers directly by e-mail, fax or mail or through another travel agency/operator. The reservation will be made with the payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total value of the itinerary purchased, as a guarantee for the performance of the services. Other forms of payment and installments are subject to prior written negotiation.

OF CANCELLATION. At any time, the customer or reseller agency/operator may cancel the requested and contracted services, being entitled to the deposit previously paid according to the following conditions:
a) For cancellations with more than 30 working days, retention of 10% of the total value of the trip;
b) For cancellations with less than 30 working days, retention of 30% of the value of the trip;
c) For cancellations with less than 7 working days (no show), non-presentation or total or partial withdrawal of the services at the initiative of the passenger will not give the right to any refund.

The value is valid for payments by bank deposit, boleto or cash. For payments made by debit or credit card, a 5% administrative fee will be added.

CANCELLATION ON COMMEMORATIVE DATES (CARNIVAL, HOLY WEEK, CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR AND EXTENDED HOLIDAYS). At any time, the customer or reseller agency/operator may cancel the requested and contracted services, being entitled to the deposit previously paid according to the following conditions:
a) For cancellations with more than 30 working days, retention of 10% of the total value of the trip;
b) For cancellations with less than 30 working days, retention of 80% of the value of the trip.
c) For cancellations with less than 15 working days, retention of 100% of the value of the trip;

The value is valid for payments by bank deposit, boleto or cash. For payments made by debit or credit card, a 5% administrative fee will be added.

CANCELLATION OF PROMOTIONAL ITINERARY. In the case of promotional itineraries, the refund will be 100% of the amount paid, as long as it is requested within a maximum period of 7 calendar days after purchase. After this period, no refund can be requested, with the exception of itineraries that clearly state their specific cancellation policy.
OF CLAIMS. They must be sent in writing to our e-mail rotacombo@rotacombo.com or by mail to our above-mentioned address or through the agency/operator where our itinerary was eventually purchased, within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the end. of the trip so that we can offer the best solution for the case.

LEGAL ACTIONS. Lawsuits may only be filed in the Judicial District of Parnaíba.

OF REGISTRATION DATA. Direct customers and reseller agencies/operators undertake to make the personal data of all passengers available, which will be under the exclusive custody of Rota Combo for the sole purposes of internal control and registration.

OF ADMISSION. When requesting enrollment in any travel program organized by Rota Combo, the customer and/or agency/reseller operator declares to know and agree with all the terms of these General Conditions.

OF KITE SURF EQUIPMENT. The customer must inform, within 48 hours before boarding, about his kite surfing equipment or excess luggage, with the additional amount related to the sarcophagus or surfboard in the amount of R$ 150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais). Other items, such as kite, bar, trapeze and pump, fall into the common category of excess baggage. If the situation is not previously informed and it becomes necessary to hire an additional vehicle, this will be the customer’s full responsibility.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS RELATING TO FLIGHTS

IMPORTANT: Non-refundable rate.

CANCELLATION:
a) More than 7 days (168h): Retention of 50% of the fare amount + fare difference, if any.
b) Less than 7 days (168h): Retention of 85% of the fare value + fare difference, if any.
Events such as airport, meteorological and infrastructure problems, under the control of the airline or not, are considered.
Flights displayed as ‘n/d’ may have changed schedules or are new routes and do not have performance data for the previous month.
According to article 13 of ANAC resolution 218 of February 28, 2012, we clarify that:
I – the percentage of cancellation is calculated based on the total number of stages foreseen;
II – the percentage of delays is calculated based on the date and time scheduled for arrival at the destination of the flight stage and calculated based on the total number of stages performed, already considering the canceled stages;
III – the percentages of delays and cancellations represent the historical behavior of the flights, which may vary in the following months; and
IV – the percentages of delays and cancellations of all flight stages of regular public air transport in Brazil are available on the website of the National Civil Aviation Agency – ANAC on the Internet.
